Returns Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
If you wish to request a refund for a defective item, please contact us via the inquiry chat within 5 days of receiving the product.

Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items that meet the following conditions:

  • Items that have exceeded 5 days since delivery
  • Used items

Procedure:

  1. Within 5 days of receiving the product, send the following information to the inquiry chat:

    • Your name
    • Address
    • Email address
    • Order number (listed in the order confirmation email)
    • Details of the defect (for damage, please include photos)
  2. Once we confirm the details of your inquiry, we will provide instructions for the refund process.
