Returns Policy
Please note that we do not accept returns for personal reasons.
If you wish to request a refund for a defective item, please contact us via the inquiry chat within 5 days of receiving the product.
Note: We cannot accept returns for defective items that meet the following conditions:
- Items that have exceeded 5 days since delivery
- Used items
Procedure:

Within 5 days of receiving the product, send the following information to the inquiry chat:
- Your name
- Address
- Email address
- Order number (listed in the order confirmation email)
- Details of the defect (for damage, please include photos)
